About Art of Stillness

Art of Stillness was founded by Magnus Fridh, who has been teaching yoga and meditation for more than two decades and is one of Sweden's most experienced meditation teachers.

Through years of study and practice, including extensive time in Nepal and within the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, he has developed a grounded and accessible approach that bridges ancient wisdom and contemporary life.

Created as a sanctuary for stillness in a fast-paced world, the studio offers a welcoming space to pause, breathe and reconnect.

Inspired by contemplative traditions and a modern understanding of the mind and nervous system, it welcomes both beginners and experienced practitioners.

Art of Stillness is founded on the belief that yoga, meditation and breathwork can help create greater presence, resilience and balance in everyday life.
