Q: If the service has already started

If the service has already started, specific terms apply. Please refer to the General Terms and Conditions for details on withdrawals after service commencement.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day it was concluded.

How to withdraw

The consumer may freely choose how to notify Bruce Studios of the decision to withdraw. It is sufficient for the consumer to make a clear statement of the decision to withdraw from the contract. Notice may, for example, be given by:

All of the methods listed are equally valid.

If the service has already started

If you asked us to begin performing the service during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for what has been performed. Where the service has been performed in full with your consent, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Full terms are set out in our General Terms and Conditions.

‍Ending a membership

Ending a membership is not the same as withdrawing from a contract. To end a membership after the withdrawal period, open your profile in the app and select Membership.
