If you bought a Bruce Studios membership online, you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase. The withdrawal period starts on the day you complete the purchase.

How to withdraw

Fill in the form below. We confirm your withdrawal by email and refund you within 14 days, to the payment method you used. You can also email [email protected] from the address connected to your account.

If you have already trained

If you use your membership during the withdrawal period, we may deduct an amount proportional to the visits you have made.

Ending a membership

Ending a membership is not the same as withdrawing from a purchase. To end a membership after the withdrawal period, open your profile in the app and select Membership.
