You train in an open urban space using professional equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, suspension trainers, and resistance bands. SilentFit headphones ensure you clearly hear coaching and music while training outdoors. Unlike many outdoor concepts, each class is structured and planned in advance, with focus on technique, safety, and progression. You build strength, improve mobility, and develop sustainable training habits. The environment is welcoming and supportive, with options so you can train safely and effectively at your own level. *Good to know** * Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start, so you can get your equipment in order without interrupting the class. * Dress in comfortable training clothes and weather-appropriate layers. Remember a water bottle. * Changing rooms and toilets are not available. * All classes are taught in English. * The workout takes place under the bike shed at Karen Blixens Plads – please see the map.
SB Training
ØrestadSB Training is an outdoor training community in Copenhagen focused on strength, conditioning, technique, and core – driven by energy and community. You train outdoors all year with functional strength and high-intensity formats such as AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata, and team workouts. Sessions combine bodyweight exercises with equipment like kettlebells, resistance bands, and skipping ropes to create variation, progression, and intensity. You will be challenged. You will get stronger. You will become part of a supportive community that keeps you coming back. Exercises can be scaled, whether you are new to training or used to pushing hard. **Good to know** * Training takes place on the lawn in front of DR Koncerthus. Everything is outdoors. * Sessions take place on both grass and asphalt. * Bring outdoor training shoes, a water bottle, and a training mat if you have one. All other equipment is provided.
Mindful Fitness
KastrupMaria Lerche runs Mindful Fitness and personally leads every class. With seven years of experience teaching TRX, she focuses on quality, presence, and proper movement. Rooted in strong technique, the training helps you understand what correct movement feels like and how to adjust exercises to your level. Classes are limited to twelve participants, ensuring personal guidance and safe progression. You will be challenged, but never pushed beyond your ability. Expect elements from TRX Yoga, TRX Functional, TRX HIIT, and TRX Strong. **Good to know** * All training takes place outdoors. * Enter through the main entrance to Flyverbyen. Keep right immediately and turn right at the first side road after the bike shed. * Please bring your own mat. Trail shoes are recommended as training takes place outdoors. * Mindful Fitness is located on the same grounds as Heat’n Health Club. Changing facilities are available at Heat'n Health Club. * Five hours of free parking are available in the large parking area to the left of the main entrance.

NørrebroOutdoor Training Copenhagen delivers functional training and weightlifting in a group setting, with a clear focus on building strength, conditioning, and mental grit. The training develops well-rounded hybrid athletes through varied workouts that combine strength work, conditioning, and functional movement. All training takes place outdoors, year-round and in all weather conditions. A wide range of equipment is used, including dumbbells, sandbags, weight vests, bars, skipping ropes, balls, and resistance bands. Technique is always demonstrated and practiced, while the training remains challenging and demands commitment and effort. A base level of conditioning is recommended, and you should be ready to push yourself. Classes are taught in both English and Danish. **Good to know** * Locations vary. Most classes are held in Nørrebro—check each class for exact location details. * Please arrive five minutes before class start. * Training takes place outdoors all year round. Arrive dressed for training and wear appropriate footwear. * Bring water. Some members train with gloves, especially during winter. Thin work gloves are commonly used.

You can arrive and check in anytime within this slot. From the moment you check in, your ticket is valid for two hours or until the pool closes. * You don’t need to scan the Bruce QR code upon arrival. Instead, go to the reception and say you’d like to use a clip from the Bruce Studios DK account. The staff will then give you a loan wristband.

Their mission is for more people to experience the joy and energy that comes from exercising outdoors and in community. Here, training is simple, fun, challenging and tough at the same time. The training mixes strength, mobility and cardio exercises and aims to challenge everyone. All exercises can be adjusted, so you're guaranteed to leave the workout sweaty and with a smile on your face. There's room for everyone, whether you're already in good shape or haven't worked out for a while. **Good to know** * The training takes place at BLOX/DAC Café on the waterfront. * All classes are held in Danish. * Dress for the weather and bring gloves, which are allowed to get dirty. * Come dressed as there is no changing facilities on site. * Feel free to bring your own mat. * The training is right next to the water, so you are welcome to bring a towel and jump in afterwards.
