SB Training
SB Training is an outdoor training community in Copenhagen focused on strength, conditioning, technique, and core – driven by energy and community.
You train outdoors all year with functional strength and high-intensity formats such as AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata, and team workouts.
Sessions combine bodyweight exercises with equipment like kettlebells, resistance bands, and skipping ropes to create variation, progression, and intensity.
You will be challenged. You will get stronger. You will become part of a supportive community that keeps you coming back.
Exercises can be scaled, whether you are new to training or used to pushing hard.
Good to know
Training takes place on the lawn in front of DR Koncerthus. Everything is outdoors.
Sessions take place on both grass and asphalt.
Bring outdoor training shoes, a water bottle, and a training mat if you have one. All other equipment is provided.
