Eriksdalsbadet

Welcome to Eriksdalsbadet – a place for everyone! Sweden's national arena for aquatic sports.

Eriksdalsbadet covers a total area of 28,500 m², with various pools to suit all needs, as well as a gym. The facility is accessible and has adapted changing rooms and flexible changing rooms available to use.

Gym

Eriksdalsbadet has a gym with strength and cardio machines, as well as areas for functional training. To access the gym, you need a gym ticket, which you can get at reception.

Lap Swimming

The 25-metre pool has lanes for circular swimming, breaststroke, front crawl and fast front crawl. It is also used as a competition pool.

The 50-metre pool is available to the public for lap swimming between 06:30 and 15:00 on weekdays. The 50-metre pool is also an international-standard competition pool.

The diving pool is usually open on Sundays between 12:00 and 14:00, unless competitions are taking place.

Adventure Pool

The adventure area features a waterslide, wild river, outdoor pool and whirlpool. There is also a smaller paddling pool for the youngest visitors. Staff continuously supervise the adventure area during opening hours.

For relaxation, there are hot tubs next to the other swimming pools.

Outdoor Pool

Eriksdalsbadet's outdoor swimming area has four different pools: a 50-metre pool for lap swimming and play, a 25-metre pool for play, a 17-metre teaching pool and a paddling pool.

There is also a sauna, sunbathing area, café, beach volleyball court, dance floor, hopscotch area, King squares, Ludo and chess games, table tennis tables, barbecue area and playground.
