Energii Greve

Welcome to Energii Greve – a bright and welcoming studio with two training spaces.

The instructors guide you safely through classic and gentle reformer sessions with a focus on technique, strength, mobility, and joy of movement.

Regardless of your level, you’ll experience a smooth training flow, small adjustments with great impact, and a pleasant, effective workout.

Good to know

• Remember gloves and grip socks - you are not allowed to train without gloves or with half toesox.
• Check in no later than 5 minutes before. If you check in later, you risk losing your spot to someone on the waiting list.
• The door is locked at the start of the class.
• Three hours of free parking. Follow the parking signs and remember to set your disc.
• Classes with fewer than five participants will be cancelled. Classes starting before 12:00 will be cancelled no later than 22:00 the day before. All other classes will be cancelled at least six hours before the start.
