Wellness that starts with your nervous system. ​ A new kind of social wellness club in Stockholm – where intelligent movement, restorative recovery, expert guidance and genuine community come together to help your body shift out of survival mode and back into balance. **Good to know** * Please arrive on time; if you arrive after class has started, you unfortunately won’t be let in, out of respect for the group and the way the session is structured. * Come in comfortable clothes you can move freely in, train barefoot or in socks. Shoes are left at the entrance. * Enter with Parakey by scanning the QR code. Follow the instructions in the Bruce app. Do not log in to Parakey separately. * From the entrance, take the stairs going down and follow the passage through the gym area. At the end of the passage, signage will show you the changing rooms and the studio where your class takes place. * Let your instructor know if you have an injury or anything they should be aware of so they can adapt. * The Recovery Zone and gym are not included. If you'd like to use the Recovery Zone, drop-in is 300 SEK for Bruce members, paid on-site.

g:ro studio is a space for restoration and depth, where aesthetics and presence meet the body, the breath, and gentle discipline. You are invited to arrive without pressure, in a pace that helps you let go and reconnect with your body. The room is warm and minimal, with natural materials and soft lighting that create a grounded atmosphere. You move with sensitivity and presence, honoring the rhythm of your nervous system. Psychology, somatics, and yoga as a lived philosophy shape the experience. Movement becomes a language, and the body a landscape to explore. You do not need to be flexible, fit, or spiritual — only human. **Good to know** * The door opens 15 minutes before class and is locked 5 minutes before the start. If you arrive late, you will not be let in. * You'll find the studio one floor down. * The changing room is unisex. You change behind a curtained area to have a private space. * Yoga mats are available to borrow at the studio.

Studio DAY är en nyöppnad dans-, acro- och yogastudio i centrala Vasastan. Med många års erfarenhet från olika träningsformer har de skapat tuffa, unika och framförallt roliga träningspass inom barre, yoga och akrobatik. Oavsett om du har många års träningsvana eller om det är första gången du testar så går alla klasser att anpassa efter just din nivå på ett lekfullt och utmanande sätt. Välkommen! **Bra att veta** * Studion öppnar 10 minuter innan klasser startar och stänger 20 minuter efter. * Handduk finns att hyra för 20 kr och yogamattor finns att låna. * Det finns en gemensam omklädningsyta. * Du rekommenderas ha på dig grip-sockar på alla klasser. Om du inte har egna kan du köpa det i studion.

Andrumyoga Soundtempel in Hägersten is a welcoming space for rest and yoga where you can come as you are. Whether you're stiff or flexible, new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you're welcome here. Choose from Medical Yoga, Kundalini, Yin Yoga, and Hatha Yoga - all with a focus on breath, body awareness, relaxation, recovery, and meditation. Several classes end with deep relaxation accompanied by the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and a gong. **Good to know** * All classes are taught in Swedish. * The door is locked when class begins, and late entry is not permitted. Please do not knock if you arrive late, as it may disturb the class. * The studio is located in a brick building at the top of the hill through the wooded area. The entrance is on the front of the building, facing the hill. * Yoga mats and props are available to borrow. * The studio opens fifteen minutes before class, and you can change in the spacious restroom.
