Change happens best in community and over time, which is why safety, continuity, and skilled teachers are prioritized. All bodies and experience levels are welcome, and the pace is always set by each individual. Here, you're met with love, care, and respect in a spacious community where you can feel safe and at home. **Good to know** * Water and tea are available. * There are no changing rooms, but toilet and wardrobe facilities are provided. * Yoga mats, blocks, and straps are available, but you're also welcome to bring your own. * Arrive early if possible and inform the teacher of any injuries or specific needs.
