Sauna Yard

Sauna Yard is a calm urban oasis located in Jernbanebyen on Vesterbro, Copenhagen, offering two spacious natural wood saunas, cold plunges, a cosy lounge and changing facilities.

Experience Saunagus, a guided ritual where the gusmester pours water infused with essential oils over hot stones and uses towels to circulate waves of heat throughout the sauna.

Good to know

• Sauna Yard is located next to Padel Yard Jernbanebyen. Enter via the padel facility, walk to the right, and you will find the sauna entrance.
• Please bring two towels, swimwear, a water bottle, a padlock and sandals.
• There are no toilets inside Sauna Yard itself, but you’re very welcome to use the toilets and warm showers at Padel Yard next door.
• Please arrive 15 minutes early so you have time to settle in. If you arrive late for Saunagus, you’ll need to wait for the next round.
• Parking is available nearby, and you can pay through the EasyPark app. Parking in the Padel Yard area costs around 14 DKK per hour when using the discount code, which you’ll find at the entrance.
