Everyone is different, and here you can come as you are, whether you seek relief or simply want to do something good for yourself. **Good to know** * Bring tights or stockings for compression massage or lymphatic drainage. * Towels, water, and a gua sha are provided for sauna use. The sauna is private. * Filtered cucumber water is offered.

Step into Plugin Heat Club for a unique, energizing experience that blends heat, cold, and community. The sessions combine the soothing heat of a sauna and a refreshing cold plunge. You’ll also experience deep breathing techniques, aromatherapy, and uplifting music to help you reset and recharge. Each session includes three rounds of Saunagus with breaks in between to cool off in the cold plunges. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, focused, and more in tune with your body and mind. The facilitators specially trained in guiding immersive heat and cold experiences.
