You train in an open urban space using professional equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, suspension trainers, and resistance bands. SilentFit headphones ensure you clearly hear coaching and music while training outdoors. Unlike many outdoor concepts, each class is structured and planned in advance, with focus on technique, safety, and progression. You build strength, improve mobility, and develop sustainable training habits. The environment is welcoming and supportive, with options so you can train safely and effectively at your own level. *Good to know** * Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start, so you can get your equipment in order without interrupting the class. * Dress in comfortable training clothes and weather-appropriate layers. Remember a water bottle. * Changing rooms and toilets are not available. * All classes are taught in English. * The workout takes place under the bike shed at Karen Blixens Plads – please see the map.

A moment where body and mind fall into sync. The goal is to give you a positive lift through greater joy, improved mental balance, and reduced stress. A sauna ritual can create rare calm and clarity, allowing thoughts to flow freely and leaving you with renewed energy. Throughout the experience, the sauna master guides you through three rounds of heat. Between rounds, there are breaks where you can cool down under cold water showers and cold plunges. **Good to know** * Please arrive 10 minutes before. * There is no changing room. Your belongings are stored in boxes under the sauna. * Remember two towels, one to sit on and one for afterwards. * You also need to bring a water bottle. Shower sandals and a bathrobe can be a good idea as well.

Beatriders also offer recovery concepts and have a Kontra Coffee and Puori Shake bar to add to your experience. **Good to know** * Please be at the studio 10 minutes before class starts. * The door is closed two minutes before the start of the class. * Please also check in with the Beatriders team in order to get your spot assigned. * Wear whatever you’re comfortable in, workout gear is ideal. If you have pro cycling attire, feel free to rock it. * Shoes will be provided but you can bring your own (SPD and Delta cleats). * Socks are mandatory for Lift classes.
