Träningsverket

Träningsverket is a personal training studio in Gothenburg with a wide range of classes and a warm atmosphere - joy, dedication, and heart-centered training come together here.

You'll find everything from strength, spinning, Pilates, and Zumba to yoga, fascia, HYROX, and EGYM.

The studio also offers a hot sauna, great coffee, and smoothies.

A place where everyone can find something they enjoy.

Good to know

• As a Bruce Studios member, you have access to EGYM at Träningsverket. If you already have an EGYM band, you can use it as usual. If you don’t have a band, you first need to purchase an EGYM onboarding for 395 SEK. The onboarding includes an EGYM band, personal setup of the machines, a weigh-in, and body analysis. You can book and pay directly via Träningsverket’s website.
