Holm8 Health Hub is part of Holm8 well-being sanctuary in Nordhavn – a place dedicated to heat, cold, recovery, and community.

Here, you experience the power of sauna rituals combined with the refreshing contrast of cold water and the calm atmosphere that defines Holm8.

The sauna sessions are guided by experienced saunagus masters who create immersive heat rituals using essential oils, music, and towel techniques. Each session is designed to stimulate circulation, deepen relaxation, and leave you feeling both grounded and energised.

Holm8 is designed to be calm, respectful, and welcoming. Here, sauna is not only about heat – it is about presence, recovery, and shared experience.

Good to know

• Entrance on the ground floor by the door marked Holm8 Health Hub.

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class so you have time to change and settle in.

• Bring swimwear, two towels – one for sauna and one for shower, and a water bottle.

• Sandals and sauna hat are optional.
