Elva Yoga & Pilates

Elva takes its name from the nearby Akerselva river.

The studio aims to make yoga and pilates accessible to everyone, regardless of body type, fitness level, or previous experience.

The instructors come from a variety of movement, dance, and sports backgrounds, and several hold internationally recognized certifications.

You will find both beginner-friendly classes and more challenging options for those with experience. The classes are safe yet challenging, with a focus on muscle balance, functional anatomy, and adaptations for injuries.

Good to know

• The studio is located in a pink building next to Westerdals. There is no signage outside. Follow the map and ring the bell on the fifth floor for yoga classes, or the third floor for pilates, barre, and reformer classes.

• Late entry is not possible, so please arrive in good time, but no earlier than fifteen minutes before the class starts.

• If you experience issues with the door, you can call 93875626.

• All group mat classes and barre are held on the 5th floor.

• Please bring your own yoga mat, or rent one for 30 NOK.

• Tea is available for purchase for 30 NOK.
