ØsterbroPWR.8 Studio is an open and inclusive training oasis dedicated to keeping your body strong, mobile, and healthy for life. Variation is key to a balanced and healthy lifestyle and an important part of all movement. That’s why the studio offers a range of training concepts focused on strength, cardio, mobility, and mindfulness elements such as breathwork and relaxation. Each class works well on its own – and even better combined. At PWR.8, you become part of a positive community with training for everyone who wants to stay strong and healthy throughout life. **Good to know** * Arrive 10-15 minutes before class so you are ready when it starts. If you arrive late, your spot may be given to another member. * The studio offers both Danish- and English-speaking classes. If you need English cueing during Danish-speaking classes, let the instructor know and they will do their best to guide you throughout class. * Please wear indoor training shoes for Burn & Build classes, and grip socks or regular socks for Power Reformer and Pilates Elevate classes. These can be purchased at the studio. * Bringing a towel is recommended for Burn & Build and Warm Studio 3 classes. * Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryers, and hair products from Gun-Britt are available in the changing rooms. * You can also buy water, juice, coffee, and other drinks in the studio shop through self-service or with help from the instructors.

ØsterbroEnergii København Ø er et lyst og indbydende center i to etager, hvor der tilbydes Reformer og Heat it Up hold. Instruktørerne holder godt øje med din teknik og har fokus på, at du får en sikker og effektiv træning. **Godt at vide** * Centret åbner ti minutter inden holdstart. * Check ind senest 5 minutter inden. Checker du ind senere, risikerer du at din plads bliver givet videre til en på ventelisten. * Døren låses ved holdstart. * Husk handsker og grip sokker – man må ikke træne uden handsker eller med halve toesox. * Til Heat it Up-træninger er det obligatorisk at medbringes et stort håndklæde og indendørssko.
