Everyone is welcome, whether you're a complete beginner or have practiced yoga for years.
Classes focus on gentle movement, presence, and creating a safe space to reconnect with your body and calm the mind.
You're guided at your own pace, with respect for your boundaries, energy, and individual needs.
The goal is to leave class feeling balanced, recharged, and more connected to yourself.

Enter through the hair salon Ateljeelins. The studio is located upstairs in the same space.
A restroom is available for changing, but there is no shower or changing room.

Lovely studio, and great start to Sunday morning with Vinyasa Flow. I felt very calm and peaceful after the class. Highly recommend!
