ÖstermalmNasci Collective combines knowledge and support around pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood with training, workshops, and community. With many years of experience in health and fitness, the team guides you through pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood with care and expertise. You are met exactly where you are, regardless of level, stage of pregnancy, previous training experience, or how you feel today. The training focuses on functional strength and strengthening the core and pelvic floor during both pregnancy and postpartum. Here, you can build strength, confidence, and energy in a supportive environment. Everyone is welcome, including co-parents and partners. **Good to know** * Everyone is welcome regardless of pregnancy stage, whether you gave birth vaginally or by cesarean section. You do not need to wait for your postpartum check-up to join. * Co-parents and partners are also welcome. * Entrance is through the small brown wooden door to the left of the large gate, marked Studio Épique. Go down the stairs and enter to the left. The door code is included in your booking. * You can train barefoot, in socks, or with indoor shoes. * Please remove outdoor shoes at the entrance. * Outdoor classes are held in Humlegården. See the class description for more information. * Please bring a yoga mat for outdoor classes.

With personal coaching, close follow-up, and dedicated coaches, you get support to develop based on your own goals, while the group’s energy helps you stay motivated. **Good to know** * Meet by the fountain in Tessinparken. * Dress appropriately for weather conditions. Exercise mats and gloves recommended for ground exercises.
