Mash Studios
GamlebyenMash Studios is an innovative fitness studio located in the heart of Oslo in an old industrial building, offering top-quality training. Together with some of Norway's best trainers, they offer a wide range of group classes in HIT, boxing, martial arts, yoga, hot yoga, and dance. They also provide gym and weight training, sauna, spiritual ceremonies, and various events. Mash's philosophy is that training should be balanced with joy, and they are actively involved in both making and breaking the rules while building a unique community and training environment. At Mash, everyone can be themselves. During the summer season, they offer outdoor yoga, cardio and strength training. **Good to know** * Drop-in to Mash Gym is limited and applies if space is available. You may need to wait if it's full. * If you haven't checked in five minutes before the class starts, you risk having your spot given to someone else. * After entering the front door, the entrance to the studio is on the 2nd floor, through the door labeled 'Mash'. * Bring your own yoga mat/boxing gloves, or rent them from the studio for 39 NOK. * Wear indoor shoes or be barefoot in The Cave. * Be barefoot or wear socks in the Balance Room, Hot Box, and Martial Art Room. * Stay hydrated, and bring a small towel. * Sweat towels are mandatory for all hot classes: please bring a towel to every class. Instructors will remind you before each session. * Shirts are required for all participants. If you forget one, you won’t be able to join the class.

GamlebyenBarry’s is a group training concept based on a combination of strength training on the floor and interval training on the treadmill. This effective workout method, enhanced by motivating music, nightclub-style lighting, and a skilled, high-energy instructor, pushes you to give that extra effort needed to see results. The workout is intense but can easily be adapted to your own level. **Good to know** * Barry’s Colosseum and Barry’s Barcode share booking limit. * First time at Barry’s? Please arrive 15 minutes early so the team can show you around and provide all the information you need. Make sure to[register](https://barrys.com/booking-international/#/newaccount) before your first class. * Classes can only be booked through the Bruce app. If you wish to change your class, this must also be done in the app. * As a Bruce member, you will be assigned a spot at check-in. If you arrive late or the class is fully booked, you may be assigned a floor spot without access to a treadmill.
