Form classes are music-driven and keep you engaged with constant core activation and precise guidance from instructors. You leave stronger, more sculpted, and energized. If it’s your first time, the instructors make sure you feel comfortable and confident. **Good to know** * Grip socks are mandatory. They are available for purchase at the counter. * Please arrive at the studio fifteen minutes before class. * The door closes two minutes before start. * Check in with the Beatriders team to get your spot assigned.
Beatriders
Islands BryggeExperience thrilling workouts in a nightclub setting with some of the best instructors in Copenhagen. At Beatriders you'll find rhythm-based cycling as well as weightlifting and strength-building workouts. All aligned to the beat. All equipment are included. Beatriders also offer recovery concepts and have a Kontra Coffee and Puori Shake bar to add to your experience. **Good to know** * Please be at the studio 15 minutes before class starts. * The door is closed two minutes before the start of the class. * Please also check in with the Beatriders team in order to get your spot assigned. * Wear whatever you’re comfortable in, workout gear is ideal. If you have pro cycling attire, feel free to rock it. * Shoes will be provided but you can bring your own (SPD and Delta cleats). * Socks are mandatory for Lift classes.

Islands BryggeEnergii Islands Brygge er et stort, lyst og indbydende center, som er centralt placeret midt på Islands Brygge. Du skal kunne nyde din træning i en travl hverdag. Derfor er fællesskabet vigtigt hos Energii og der bliver gjort det bedste for, at du føler dig velkommen. **Godt at vide** * Husk handsker og grip sokker – man må ikke træne uden handsker eller med halve toesox. * Centret åbner ti minutter inden holdstart. * Døren låses ved holdstart.
