Carlsberg ByenYO Studios offers a wide range of classes in a calm and inspiring setting in Carlsberg Byen. You train in bright, modern spaces designed to create focus and flow. Large windows bring in natural light, and the atmosphere balances city energy with green surroundings just behind J.C. Jacobsens Park. The studio is fully equipped and thoughtfully designed for both strength training and mindful movement. Small class sizes ensure personal guidance and a focused experience. Whether you are new or experienced, you will find a class that suits you. Training is built on clear structure, well-planned classes, and a genuine love of movement. At YO Studios, all movement is welcome. **Good to know** * Enter through the middle door at Bohrsgade nine. * Baby changing stations are available. * Relax in comfortable lounge areas before or after your class. Tea and water are provided. * Grip socks are required for Reformer classes. * Indoor training shoes are required for strength classes. * Please bring a towel and water bottle.
