Certain partner studios, require Members to check in no later than ten (10) minutes before class start time to retain their booked spot. Some studios may also lock the entrance after the check-in window. If the Member arrives too late to check in, the visit will be recorded as a no-show.

The specific cancellation and no-show deadlines for each class are displayed in the class description and in the Member’s booking.
