Mindful Fitness
Maria Lerche runs Mindful Fitness and personally leads every class. With seven years of experience teaching TRX, she focuses on quality, presence, and proper movement.
Rooted in strong technique, the training helps you understand what correct movement feels like and how to adjust exercises to your level.
Classes are limited to twelve participants, ensuring personal guidance and safe progression. You will be challenged, but never pushed beyond your ability.
Expect elements from TRX Yoga, TRX Functional, TRX HIIT, and TRX Strong.
Good to know
All training takes place outdoors.
Enter through the main entrance to Flyverbyen. Keep right immediately and turn right at the first side road after the bike shed.
Please bring your own mat. Trail shoes are recommended as training takes place outdoors.
Mindful Fitness is located on the same grounds as Heat’n Health Club. Changing facilities are available at Heat'n Health Club.
Five hours of free parking are available in the large parking area to the left of the main entrance.
