At NEXT Sogndal, you can choose from a wide range of modern training equipment for strength, cardio, and general training.

There is also a dedicated area for functional strength training, where you use your whole body and work on movements and challenges from everyday life.

Good to know

The main entrance is located at the front of the facility and is clearly marked.
Indoor shoes are required.
Clean equipment and re-rack weights after use.
