AYÄM Studio started out as a dream taking form inside the head and the heart of their founder Julia Bergh. It began with the idea to create a space for healing, expansion, growth and community. A place where you could let go and fully surrender into the infinite with the support of a variety of sacred practices and tools designed to help you and your body heal, ground and grow.
They aim to be a place where you practice yoga, dance and sing. And even more – a space where you release, expand and surrender yourself to the infinite possibilities that this extraordinary life holds!
There is a pop up store at the studio that sells crystals and other spiritual things.
**Good to know**
* Enter through the store door on Regeringsgatan 83, just opposite Nalen.
* There are yoga mats available to borrow.
* Be on time, doors open 15 minutes before and are locked five minutes before class starts.
* At times, an allergy friendly dog is present in the studio.
* There are two toilets with showers. The changing facilities are unisex, behind a common curtain.
