Tendō is a social wellness club where movement meets meaning. The pop-up studio offers small-group, Pilates- and yoga-inspired classes that build strength, mobility, body control, and a deeper mind-body connection.

**Good to know**
* Please arrive five to ten minutes before class. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has started.
* Classes are breath-led and low impact, but intensity varies. If you are pregnant, injured, or need adjustments, please inform the instructor before class.
* The experience may include gentle hands-on guidance and short grounding or meditation moments. You can always opt out.
* No specific equipment is required unless stated in the class description. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
