Barry’s is a group training concept based on a combination of strength training on the floor and interval training on the treadmill.
This effective workout method, enhanced by motivating music, nightclub-style lighting, and a skilled, high-energy instructor, pushes you to give that extra effort needed to see results.
The workout is intense but can easily be adapted to your own level.

* Classes can only be booked through the Bruce app. If you wish to change your class, this must also be done in the app.
* As a Bruce member, you will be assigned a spot at check-in. If you arrive late or the class is fully booked, you may be assigned a floor spot without access to a treadmill.
