Oslo Badstuforening's sauna village at Sukkerbiten is centrally located just outside the Opera House and MUNCH, a few minutes’ walk from Oslo Central Station.
The facility has unisex changing rooms, four outdoor showers, and year-round swimming under normal conditions.
**Good to know**
* Visits must take place within the days and opening hours shown in the app. Visits outside these hours must be paid separately at reception.
* Please check sauna session start times and availability [here](https://minside.periode.no/bookinggroups/1cKim9HkbQPgrbXOr8ad/6GRz0TWweSiLSeDwnNMq/). This increases the chances of getting a spot, but it cannot be guaranteed. Sauna hosts are on site and have an overview of capacity at all times.
* Each session lasts 90 minutes, including changing time. Please leave the sauna 15 minutes before the end to change.
* Bring swimwear, a water bottle, one towel for drying off, and another to sit on in the sauna.
* Personal padlocks are recommended for securing valuables.
* Alcohol is not permitted during drop-in.
* All swimming and sauna use is at your own risk.
