Suitable for active individuals, athletes, and anyone looking to build healthy routines and prioritize their wellbeing. **To access the studio, you need to register for free in an external app. Here’s how:** * Download the Min Trening app and select Trinity Club. * Create a profile and use the code BRUCE1 during registration. * Activate the QR code for door access and gate entry in the app, then scan the Bruce Studios QR code at reception. **Good to know** * Arrive 10–15 minutes early on your first visit. * Bring a padlock, clean indoor training shoes, comfortable workout clothes, water bottle, and a towel. * Beginners can borrow boxing and Muay Thai equipment during initial sessions – ask in reception. * Return equipment after use and wipe down machines.

The parkour space is for more than just parkour practitioners. It’s a place you’ll want to go – even if it feels a bit outside your comfort zone. **Good to know** * The space is located at street level, to the right of Kiwi and the yellow stairs. Entrance on the right side, towards the path leading up to Ekebergparken. * Bring indoor shoes, a water bottle, and clothes you can move comfortably in.

MajorstuenFriendly Balance Parkveien is a new studio in Oslo offering Pilates, yoga, core, and stretching. You train in small groups with close guidance from instructors, in a calm and social environment. Here, training is as much about community as it is about technique. Choose between dynamic Pilates classes, flowing yoga sessions, or effective core workouts. Both beginners and experienced participants are welcome. **Good to know** * Arrive five to ten minutes early, especially for your first visit. * The studio has a unisex changing room without showers. * Lockers are available – bring a small padlock if you want to secure your valuables. * Mats are available to borrow if needed.
