* Please bring a yoga mat, long socks and a bottle of water.
* The class takes place at Idrætsfabrikken. Enter the yard and walk straight towards the building ahead. The room is in the basement. After entering the main entrance, turn left and go downstairs. Call the instructor at [+45 55 20 30 73](tel:+4555203073) if you get lost.
* Hoppenhagen is not responsible for any injuries during the workout.
* It is only possible to participate in the class, if your shoe size is between 37-42 and your weight is between 45-100 kg.
