A sense of community is important here, so you can enjoy your workout in a busy life. **Good to know** * Remember gloves and grip socks - you are not allowed to train without gloves or with half toesox. * Check in no later than 5 minutes before. If you check in later, you risk losing your spot to someone on the waiting list. * The door is locked at the start of the class. * There are changing cabins and quick showers.
