You train in an open urban space using professional equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, suspension trainers, and resistance bands. SilentFit headphones ensure you clearly hear coaching and music while training outdoors. Unlike many outdoor concepts, each class is structured and planned in advance, with focus on technique, safety, and progression. You build strength, improve mobility, and develop sustainable training habits. The environment is welcoming and supportive, with options so you can train safely and effectively at your own level. *Good to know** * Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start, so you can get your equipment in order without interrupting the class. * Dress in comfortable training clothes and weather-appropriate layers. This is a fully licensed Les Mills BodyCombat studio, combining powerful, music-driven movements inspired by martial arts such as boxing, kickboxing, and karate. The workout delivers an effective and empowering training experience for both body and mind. All sessions take place outdoors year-round, no matter the season or weather, in a unique open-air setting. You’ll be provided with SilentFit headphones, delivering both music and coaching directly to you. This allows you to stay fully focused and immersed in the workout, without distractions and while respecting the surroundings.
