KAILO Yoga is a spacious and calm studio in the heart of Copenhagen.
All classes are taught in English, and the studio brings together an international community of yogis. The mission is to connect people through yoga by honoring the traditional yoga lineages and integrating a modern understanding of anatomy.
Here you are encouraged to build a positive lifestyle both on and off the mat through asana, pranayama, meditation, kriya, spiritual practices, and sound bath. The space is created to help you slow down, reconnect, and experience your authentic self.
The daily schedule offers a wide selection of classes throughout the day.
**Good to know**
* The studio opens 15 minutes before class starts.
* Arrive at least 5 minutes before the class begins. The doors are locked once the class is in progress, and it is not possible to enter late.
* Bring your own mat or rent one at the studio for 40 DKK. All other equipment is provided for all classes.
