Sauna85 was created as a retreat from everyday life. It’s a place to immerse yourself in heat, cold, and the calming scents of essential oils. The studio calls it forced meditation. A moment where body and mind fall into sync. The goal is to give you a positive lift through greater joy, improved mental balance, and reduced stress. A sauna ritual can create rare calm and clarity, allowing thoughts to flow freely and leaving you with renewed energy. Throughout the experience, the sauna master guides you through three rounds of heat.
