Belas Boxing er det største boksestudio kun for kvinder i Danmark. Her træner kvinder fra mange forskellige baggrunde side om side i Belas Boxings karakteristiske lilla belysning. **Godt at vide** * For at finde vej skal du blot gå ind af døren til nr. 16 og ned af trappen på højre hånd, så finder du døren til centeret. * Er det din første gang, bedes du ankomme 15 minutter før holdets start for at lære de seks slag og hvordan holdet fungerer. * Husk at medbringe vand. * Alt udstyr kan lånes. * Kun for kvinder.

Velkommen til Klubben Østerbro, hvor der tilbydes boksetræning og funktionel træning for begyndere og øvede. Her tilbydes træning, der forbedrer både dit fysiske og mentale velvære. **Godt at vide** * Om sommeren rykkes træningen nogle gange udenfor, men mødestedet er stadig Klubben Østerbro. * Der er udstyr, man kan låne.

Rolands Martial Arts er et community med fokus på udvikling inden for kampsport. Personlig udvikling og selvforbedring i sind og krop gennem bevægelse. Der er plads til alle niveauer. **Godt at vide** * Rolands er netop rykket over i et nyt studie, så omklædning er under opbygning. Det er dog muligt at klæde om på toiletarealer eller inde ved badet. * Det er muligt at låne handsker, bånd og benskinner. As something truly unique, SHC Scandinavia has a large outdoor training terrace that is widely used every spring and summer. **Good to know** * You’ll find SHC Scandinavia on the fourth floor of the Radisson Blu Hotel. * This studio uses JustFace for access control. You need to complete the registration below to gain access to the studio. Once you’ve completed the registration once and see a confirmation on the registration page, you don’t need to do it again. * Free parking is available. Look for big glass double doors. * Please show up 15 minutes before class. * Gloves and hand wraps are provided, but you can also bring your own. * Indoor footwear only. * For 200 DKK (Lucky Punch price only) you can get access to 25hours Hotel’s spa, cold plunge and sauna after your class. The payment is made directly to Lucky Punch in the studio reception where instructions on how to access the spa will be provided.
