Welcome to Flexibel Hälsostudio – the most personal and motivating training studio in Kärra. You train in a warm and inclusive environment where community and energy are at the center. Enjoy varied and sweaty classes, from high-intensity workouts to functional strength, always led by dedicated coaches. The goal is simple: you leave each class a little stronger, with new energy and a smile. Come as you are and feel at home from the very first moment. **Good to know** * Arrive about ten minutes before the class starts so you have time to settle in and say hello to the coach. * There are no changing rooms, but you are welcome to change in the restroom. * Feel free to tell the coach if it is your first visit so you can get help getting started. * All equipment is provided. Bring workout clothes, clean indoor shoes, a water bottle, and a small towel if needed.
