Lucky Punch Saunagus
The Lucky Punch Sauna Gus is a guided aromatherapy sauna class with three rounds focused on full-body recovery, stress release, and mental reset.
It complements intense training but also works beautifully on its own as a calming and social recovery ritual.
You’ll leave feeling restored and recharged.
Good to know
Entrance to the studio is to the right of the 25hours Hotel Entrance. Look for big glass double doors.
Please hydrate well before arriving.
Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the Sauna Gus start time.
Check in at Lucky Punch before heading upstairs to the sauna.
If not joining directly after a class, allow sufficient time to change and settle before the session begins.
If you miss the start of the first round, you must wait until the second round to join.
