You're guided at your own pace, with respect for your boundaries, energy, and individual needs.
The goal is to leave class feeling balanced, recharged, and more connected to yourself.

Enter through the hair salon Ateljeelins. The studio is located upstairs in the same space.
A restroom is available for changing, but there is no shower or changing room.

Great atmosphere, really nice instructor. I enjoyed the flow of the yoga a lot. The class was entirely in Swedish but easy to follow movements
