YO Studios Ny Carlsberg Vej
YO offers a wide variety of classes, including yoga, Pilates, barre, dance, cardio and strength, as well as classes for pregnancy and postpartum.
Classes are kept small to ensure quality and personal focus. With different intensity levels, you can always find something that suits you.
The studio is bright, warm, and full of positive energy – a place you will want to return to.
At the mamma classes, you can train after giving birth and bring your baby along. After class, you can relax in the lounge area. A kettle is available for bottles or food.
There is also a changing station with everything you need.
Step inside, feel the calm, and let the smile spread.
Good to know
Classes are held in both Danish and English. You can see the language on the schedule here.
Lounge with tea and snacks.
Mats are available to borrow for most classes. Please see class descriptions for exceptions.
Bringing a towel and water bottle is recommended.
