Nordic Health House

Nordic Health House is a hub for many different teachers, each working with health from their own unique approach with respect for both body and mind.

Here you can find a practice that suits you. Each trainer brings their own energy and professionalism to the space, so no two classes are the same.

Nordic Health House is a bright and calm oasis in the centre of the city. It has high ceilings, an informal atmosphere and space for peace and contemplation. In the café you can get coffee, juice and food.

Nordic Health House is based on presence, care and respect with room for you, just as you are.

Good to know

• There is a wardrobe for jackets and shoes.

• Equipment is provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own.

• Arrive on time and with your phone switched off. Please don't bring your phone into the class room.
