Welcome to STC Hagastaden in Stockholm. Where Stockholm and Solna meet, you will find a gym where people of all ages can train, socialise and enjoy themselves.

STC Hagastaden offers generous spaces for functional training, modern machines, cycling and group training rooms. The 1,100 m² gym is perfectly located near Karolinska University Hospital and Karolinska Institutet.

The generous opening hours mean you can train at the gym whenever it suits you!

Good to know

  • Scan STC’s QR code when opening doors and passing gates. If you’re attending a class, remember to collect your ticket at the kiosk.

  • You must collect your ticket no later than 10 minutes before the class starts, otherwise you will lose your spot.

  • STC also has its own cancellation policy, which means you will be blocked from booking classes if you miss a class, check in later than 10 minutes before start, or cancel less than two hours before start on three occasions. This block can be lifted for 120 SEK at the studio.

Fick bra pepp av min teamkamrat. Det var ett tufft Hyroxpass, vilket inte passbeskrivningen speglar fullt utan där det talas om lätta vikter. Men jag gillar det. Ledaren ansträngde sig bara minimalt, dvs inget att få upp energin. I ett löpband saknades batteri/display.

Really good class. It was 45 seconds on 30 seconds off, three sets per station, 8 stations, one lap, 1 min rest between stations. Because the rest time is long enough, you can really push yourself harder. Petra is also lovely and very motivating. Highly recommend!
