Heat Harmony

Heat Harmony is located in the vibrant North West neighbourhood. With a capacity of 20 people per class, it creates an intimate atmosphere where the focus is on recovery, renewal and immersion.

Their Saunagus experience is created for those who want the ultimate recovery and mental respite.

Saunagus is a perfect counterbalance to the active lifestyle, where it's not about performance, but about giving the body a break, the opportunity for optimal recovery and renewed energy.

*Remember to bring swimwear, towel and water bottle.

• Each session includes snacks and refreshments so you can relax and recharge.

• Showers, changing rooms, ice tubs and sauna are available.

• There is only lockers at the sauna in Nordvest. If you want to store your belongings, please bring a padlock.

• There is no lockers at Broens Skøjtebane.

• There are to different locations for the sessions, be mindful of which location you have booked for.
