Pilates by Boaz
A classical pilates studio fully equipped with traditional apparatus.
You train with an instructor who began their pilates journey as a rehabilitation client after a back injury and has been teaching since 2005.
With a background as a professional dancer for many years, the instructor continues to refine their expertise through workshops with internationally recognised teachers.
Classes focus on mat-based pilates exercises.
Good to know
The entrance to the studio is located to the left of the main entrance. Go through the gate and down four flights of stairs to find the studio door, which will be unlocked. The instructor will be on site ten minutes before the class begins.
A toilet and a small changing room with clothes hangers are available.
