The training is inspired by HYROX and combines functional strength, conditioning, and high intensity in a simple but challenging setup. You move through flows of straightforward, demanding exercises and machines that raise your heart rate and make you sweat.
No matter your experience, you are guided throughout so you get the most out of your effort.
