Each class has its own pace and intention, ranging from calm and sensory to more intense and energizing, all built around a safe and familiar structure.
You move through three rounds where the heat gradually increases, with guidance focused on breathing, awareness, and recovery.
Between rounds, you rest and let your body absorb the effects.
The focus is not on staying the longest, but on listening to your body and leaving with renewed energy in both body and mind.
