Smashing Balance
SUP yoga offers yoga on a paddleboard, with open sky above and gentle waves below.
Classes vary between vinyasa and yin, guided by Camilla throughout.
The class begins with a short safety briefing on land before you paddle out to a secured SUP platform. After class, you paddle back.
No previous SUP or yoga experience is required.
Good to know
Arrive 10-15 minutes early to change before class.
Location: Sickla strand, next to Elton’s Cafe, behind Sickla Strand tennis courts. Nearest stop: Sickla Allé.
Board, paddle and life vest are included.
Wear water-friendly yoga clothes or swimwear. Bring a towel, a padlock and warm clothes.
Classes are held in English.
Classes may be canceled during thunderstorms or strong winds.
You should be comfortable in water. Strong swimming skills are not required.
