Hot Box

Hot Box is a unique sauna and wellness concept in the heart of Rødovre, where warmth, wellness and community go hand in hand.

It offers guided saunas where experienced sauna masters use essential oils and hot techniques to create a relaxing and sensuous experience.

The Hot Box combines the traditional sauna experience with modern aromatherapy and interval-based gus, where you alternately experience intense heat and cooling.

The mission here is to give you a break from everyday life and let you recharge both physically and mentally.

The Hot Box is for everyone, whether you're an experienced gus enthusiast or a beginner.

Good to know

• Entrance via Steel Box CPH. The door is opened by the gus master before the session starts.
• Arrive 5-10 minutes before the start, as the door will be locked when the session begins.
• Bring a towel and swimwear. Flip flops are recommended but not mandatory.
• Bring a water bottle, it gets hot.
