• Remember gloves and grip socks - you are not allowed to train without gloves or with half toesox.
• Check in no later than 5 minutes before. If you check in later, you risk losing your spot to someone on the waiting list.
• The door is locked at the start of the class.

Here, you train in professional surroundings, guided by experienced instructors focused on technique, presence, and results.

• Classes with fewer than five participants will be cancelled. Classes starting before 12:00 will be cancelled no later than 22:00 the day before. All other classes will be cancelled at least six hours before the start.
