When attending a class, you also need to collect your ticket at the kiosk. * You must collect your ticket no later than 10 minutes before the class starts, otherwise you will lose your spot. * STC also has its own cancellation policy, which means you will be blocked from booking classes if you **miss a class, check in later than 10 minutes before start, or cancel less than two hours before start** on three occasions.
