With Runacademy, you will learn how running can be varied to help you develop your running. Each session has its own structure and purpose. The training is adapted to all participants by dividing them into smaller groups based on their level, so that everyone can run at their own pace. Everyone is welcome to join regardless of their running level. **Good to know** * Classes are held at different locations. For Bruce, running is included in Bulltofta, Malmö City and Tygelsjö.
