København Danser Studio is a state of the art dance studio. It offers a variety of dance classes for everyone to come and try – whether you are a professional or just dipping your toes in the water, the doors are open. Their program is designed to accommodate all types of schedules and preferences. **Good to know** * Class descriptions will specify equipment and/or shoes necessary to participate. * At morning classes the studio will open 15 minutes before class begins.

The mission at Hot Yoga is to provide a soft, mellow space where members can practice yoga focusing on respect and compassion for their bodies. It’s a studio driven by passion and supported by a network of dedicated volunteers. Recently the studio has also been introducing: sacred spectrum. That means embracing diversity and inclusion for neuro divergent spectrum students and teachers. All innately healthy on a spiritual level, they aim to wake up the strength of the spirit and understand that mental health is a spiritual journey. All classes are taught in English by experienced teachers who bring calmness and expertise to every session. Welcome to this warm and supportive space. **Good to know** * To access the studio please ring the doorbell. * Please arrive ten minutes before class. * You're not allowed to bring your phone in the class. * The class room is a conversation free zone. * No shoes in the studio. * Bring your own mat and towel or rent for 20kr per mat/towel.
